The Williams' Meadow HOA (Home Owner’s Association)
ensures consistent property standards for all lots, maintenance of common spaces, and compliance of architectural and landscape standards. All owners should be provided two HOA documents before completion of ownership: By-Laws & Covenants.
As of January 2025, the annual HOA dues are $575 per lot. If a title company requires a paid HOA dues statement please email our HOA treasurer Anne Blackmore annecblackmore@gmail.com.

Our Schools
The Mariemont City School District is located on the east side
of Cincinnati, Ohio and includes the villages of Fairfax, Mariemont,
Terrace Park, and Williams’ Meadow.
Mariemont City Schools consists of four schools,
serving grades K-12 (with independent preschool programs available)
Mariemont High School, Mariemont Junior High School, Mariemont Elementary and Terrace Park Elementary. Total enrollment is approximately 1,712 students.
Since the inception of the state report card thirteen years ago, the Mariemont City School district has never earned a rating below "Excellent."
Mariemont High School has earned the distinction of being named
a Blue Ribbon High School by the Department of Education four times.
In the National Merit Competition, Mariemont High School has produced Commended Students, Semifinalists and Finalists every year since 1959.
Mariemont High School grads are attending such selective institutions
as Emory University, Wake Forest University, Harvard College,
University of Rochester, University of Virginia, Davidson College,
McGill University, DePaul University, Stanford University
and University of Michigan.
