What do you mean I can't build an 8' privacy wall in my backyard?!? WM, like other neighborhoods, has certain restrictions on what can't be erected on your property (Lot). Our HOA covenants provide all the details, but here's an abbreviated list for your quick viewing pleasure:
9.3.A | No trash dumps or junkyard trading here; sorry folks you won't be on WM Hoarders
9.3.B | Your family, your house; not a community space designed for house parties or hostiles
9.3.C | Don't burn or store garbage on your Lot; fires are cool in your fire pits or grills 9.3.D | Your Lot isn't a storage facility so don't treat it that way; keep your toys offsite
9.3.E | Hide those trash bins until Thursday night or if you forget early Friday morning
9.3.F | Signs, signs, everywhere is signs...WAIT not here unless you're moving on
9.3.G | Your Lot isn't a place to build new structures, but you can add on, with approval
9.3.H | Keep that 80's antenna or satellite dish elsewhere (like you need it in the 2020's)
9.3.I | Grow your veggie garden in the back next to your two cords of firewood
9.3.J | Subterranean activity is off the "to do" list, congrats, check it off forever
9.3.K | Baby or small human pools, cool; adult only, above the ground, not cool dude
9.3.L | Nope, you can't have your own private tennis court; try up the street
9.3.M | Build or buy that child, or children, a play set or house, but get it approved first
9.3.N | Mailboxes love the black formal look, when in doubt get a second option about it
9.3.O | You get a split rail fence, and so do you; sorry about anything else, fido
9.3.P | Don't do the crime if you can't do the time, make smart choices otherwise sadness
